Direct soliciteren Wat ga je doen Op WZH Leilinde wonen mensen met psychogeriatrische problematiek (PG) en complex gedrag. Onze bewoners hebben steeds vaker te maken met complexe zorgvragen en gedrag dat om een specifieke aanpak en deskundigheid vraagt. Daarom zoeken wij verpleegkundigen die naast hun verpleegkundige kennis ook ervaring meebrengen vanuit bijvoorbeeld de GGZ, verslavingszorg en/of NAH . Jouw uitdaging Als verpleegkundige bied je dagelijks persoonsgerichte en professionele zorg aan bewoners met complexe zorgvragen. Je kijkt verder dan het gedrag dat je ziet en bent nieuwsgierig naar het verhaal en de behoeften van de bewoner. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het verlenen en coördineren van verpleegkundige zorg; - het signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid en het gedrag van bewoners; - het omgaan met onbegrepen en complex gedrag; - het zoeken naar de juiste benadering en begeleiding voor iedere bewoner; - het samenwerken met collega's, behandelaren en andere disciplines; - het delen van jouw kennis en ervaring met het team; - het bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de zorg. Wat neem je mee Voor deze bijzondere afdeling zoeken we verpleegkundigen die: - een diploma Verpleegkunde (MBO of HBO) hebben en BIG-geregistreerd zijn; - aantoonbare ervaring hebben binnen de GGZ, verslavingszorg en/of met NAH; - ervaring hebben met onbegrepen en complex gedrag; - stevig in hun schoenen staan en rustig blijven in uitdagende situaties; - nieuwsgierig zijn naar de mens achter het gedrag; - een uitda...
