In dit huis is de zorg niet alleen professioneel, maar ook zeer persoonlijk. Door de kleinschaligheid ken je elke bewoner bij naam en werk je in een rustige, sfeervolle omgeving. We bieden een contract aan met een jobtime van 50% of 80%, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Bachelor in de verpleegkunde, HBO5-verpleegkunde of je bent gegradueerd Basisverpleegkundige.
  • Je beschikt over een officieel en geldig visum als verpleegkundige (verplicht).
  • Je houdt van de dynamiek van een kleinschalige zorginstelling waar nabijheid centraal staat.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en straalt rust en professionaliteit uit.
  • Je bent een loyale teamplayer die graag de fakkel overneemt van een ervaren collega.

Als verpleegkundige in dit kasteel draag je de zorg voor een vaste groep bewoners:

  • Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit (medicatiebeheer, wondzorg, inspuitingen) met oog voor detail.
  • Je coordineert de dagelijkse zorg en werkt nauw samen met het team van zorgkundigen.
  • Je monitort de gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners nauwgezet en rapporteert aan artsen en familieleden.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige registratie in het elektronisch zorgdossier.
  • Je draagt bij aan de familiale en warme sfeer die dit kleinschalige huis zo typeert.
