Bij ons vind je twee afdelingen in één, een combinatie van verpleegtechnische handelingen en aandacht voor de patiënt. Je werkt aan de doorontwikkeling van het vak én jezelf! We bieden je een baan van 28 tot 36 uur per week in het St. Antonius Ziekenhuis op onze locatie Nieuwegein. Dit ga je doen Als verpleegkundige op onze afdeling krijg je te maken met zowel laag- en hoog-complexe zorg en een grote diversiteit aan ziektebeelden. Je zorgt voor patiënten met maag- darm- lever- en galwegaandoeningen, onder meer tumoren. Jij biedt onze patiënten verpleegkundige basiszorg maar ook intensieve en palliatieve zorg waardoor je te maken krijgt met veel verpleegtechnische handelingen. Wij zorgen dat je goed wordt ingewerkt en daarnaast kun je bij ons rekenen op het volgende: - Afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond plannen we je de eerste weken boven formatie om vertrouwd te raken met onze afdeling en patiënten; - Je volgt training in Epic en volgt e-learnings, passend bij jouw werkzaamheden; - Je krijgt drie aanvullende verrijkingsdagen die aansluiten bij onze specialismen om jouw beeld te verbreden. Daarbij kun je denken aan meelopen met de stomaverpleegkundige, de oncologieverpleegkundige of op de OK; - Je krijgt goede begeleiding door ervaren collega's die je helpen te groeien in je professionele ontwikkeling. Na verloop van tijd kun je deelnemen in werkgroepen, meedenken over kwaliteitsverbetering en afdelingsbeleid. Als mbo-verpleegkundige bieden we je ook de mogelijkheid de versnelde in-company hbo-v opleiding volgen. Kortom, genoeg mogelijkheden voor jou!
