Wil jij als verpleegkundige vooral bezig zijn met wat er voor een bewoner écht toe doet? Bij Herbergier Tiel wonen 16 mensen met dementie. Geen afdeling of instellingsritme, maar een huis waar wordt gekookt, koffiegedronken, gewandeld, gelachen en waar bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven blijven leiden. Als verpleegkundige niveau 4 ben je bij ons natuurlijk verantwoordelijk voor goede en veilige zorg. Maar goede zorg betekent voor ons méér dan medicatie, verpleegtechnische handelingen en een goed zorgplan. We willen vooral dat onze bewoners zich thuis voelen, gezien worden en een fijne dag hebben. Daarom zoeken we een verpleegkundige die niet alleen kijkt naar wat iemand nodig heeft aan zorg , maar vooral ook naar wie iemand is en wat iemand nodig heeft om prettig te leven . Wat betekent dat in de praktijk? Je kent onze bewoners goed. Je weet wie graag uitslaapt, wie onrustig wordt van te veel prikkels, wie opknapt van een wandeling en wie vooral behoefte heeft aan een grapje, een klusje of even samen koffie drinken. Je gebruikt jouw verpleegkundige kennis om veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en welzijn tijdig te signaleren. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen het medische probleem: wat betekent dit voor het dagelijks leven van deze bewoner en hoe kunnen we daar als team het beste bij aansluiten? Je werkt mee in de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding, maar bent ook een inhoudelijke steun voor collega's. Je helpt hen om gedrag te begrijpen, mee te bewegen met bewoners en steeds opnieuw te kijken naar wat iemand nog wél kan en waar iemand plezier of rust uit haalt. En ja: soms betekent verpleegkundige zorg bij ons ook samen een boterham smeren, een rondje wandelen, een bewoner betrekken bij het koken of gewoon even naast iemand gaan zitten. Wie zoeken wij?
