Dan voel jij je thuis op onze PG-afdeling in t Pejjerhoes. Hier draait alles om nabijheid, vertrouwen en die kleine momenten die een groot verschil maken. In t Pejjerhoes bieden wij gespecialiseerde zorg aan mensen met psychogeriatrische aandoeningen, zoals dementie. Cliënten wonen bij ons in een kleinschalige, huiselijke setting waar rust, herkenbaarheid en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. We kijken niet alleen naar de zorgvraag, maar vooral naar wie iemand is met zijn of haar levensverhaal, gewoontes en behoeften. t Pejjerhoes bestaat uit vijf woningen, waarin telkens zes cliënten samenwonen. Iedere cliënt heeft een eigen slaapkamer en deelt een gezellige woonkamer en keuken met medebewoners. Net als thuis. We stimuleren cliënten om zo veel mogelijk hun eigen leven te blijven leiden. Activiteiten sluiten aan bij hun interesses en het dagelijks ritme, zodat iedereen zich gezien en gehoord voelt. Jouw rol als verpleegkundige - Als verpleegkundige ben je veel meer dan zorgverlener alleen. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht, een luisterend oor en een rustpunt voor cliënten en hun naasten. - Samen met de coördinerend verpleegkundige en alle andere collega s zorg je voor goede, kwalitatieve zorg én een fijne werksfeer waarin samenwerking, vertrouwen en plezier centraal staan. Wat ga je bij ons doen? - Je biedt verpleegkundige en persoonlijke zorg aan cliënten met dementie. - Je kijkt verder dan gedrag en voelt aan wat iemand nodig heeft, ook zonder woorden. - Je signaleert veranderingen en denkt actief mee over passende zorg. - Je werkt samen met collega s, behandelaren en familie. - Je draagt bij aan een warme, veilige en huiselijke omgeving voor cliënten en collega s. - Salarisinschaling op basis van CAO Ziekenhuizen: FWG 45, 3.228,- tot 4.346,- bruto...
