Voor ons WOONZORGCENTRUM Sint-Pieter gelegen in Lochristi zijn we op zoek naar een verpleegkundige.

Woonzorgcentrum Sint-Pieter biedt een ware ‘thuis’ aan haar 80 bewoners, waarbij het leven draait rond hún mogelijkheden. Wat kunnen ze nog? Wat willen ze nog? En hoe kunnen wij, als team, samen met hun zorgen voor een mooie kwali-tijd?

In ons woonzorgcentrum bepalen de bewoners mee de sfeer in huis en de richting die we varen. De bewoners denken en werken mee en krijgen de ruimte om hun ideeën uit te voeren.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige en verzorgende handelingen.
  • Begeleiden en stimuleren van zelfzorg.
  • Observeren van vitale parameters en rapporteren.
  • Ondersteunen bij hygiëne, maaltijden en een nette leefomgeving.
  • Samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg.
  • Administratieve opvolging en bijdragen aan kwaliteitszorg.

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met een hart voor de zorg!

  • Ervaring in de ouderenzorg is een plus, maar geen must. We zoeken vooral iemand met veel goesting en drive!
  • Je bent een teamplayer die vlot kan samenwerken met andere disciplines zodat de zorg en de therapie elkaar kunnen ondersteunen en versterken
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed multitasken in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je bent communicatief en hebt een gezonde portie geduld en empathie
  • Je bent in staat om fysieke taken uit te voeren zoals tillen en ondersteunen van patiënten
  • Je bent flexibel, werken in wisselende diensten (inclusief weekends en feestdagen) schrikt jou niet af.
  • Tot slot, je bent houder van volgend diploma: Verpleegkundige (bachelor): Ofwel een diploma van gegradueerd verple(e)g(st)er A1 of gerechtigd zijn de titel te voeren bij toepassing van artikel 25 van de KB van 17 augustus 1957, gewijzigd bij KB van 21 juli 1960, 27 oktober 1961 en 24 december 1966 Ofwel een bachelordiploma in de verpleegkund Ofwel een bachelor vroedkunde (diploma behaald voor 1/10/2018) Verpleegkundige (gegradueerd): Brevet van ziekenhuisverple(e)g(st)er of een diploma van verplegende van een hoger niveau.
