MBO Verpleegkundige GGZ - Maastricht - Vast contract - Maastricht - € € 3.157,37 - € 4.245,84 per maand MBO Verpleegkundige GGZ - Maastricht Ben jij een MBO-verpleegkundige niveau 4 die herstelgericht werkt en graag mensen met psychische problemen begeleidt? In de geestelijke gezondheidszorg (GGZ) help jij cliënten om grip te krijgen op hun leven en weer mee te doen in de samenleving. Jij legt de nadruk op eigen kracht en empowerment en bouwt een vertrouwensband op die herstel mogelijk maakt. Zo lever jij in de GGZ een waardevolle bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van leven van je cliënten. Je werkt met rust en stevigheid, ook wanneer situaties complex worden. Binnen de GGZ zijn de mogelijkheden breed. Je kunt werken in de acute psychiatrie, de langdurige zorg, de verslavingszorg of bij dubbele diagnose, in de forensische psychiatrie, bij beschermd wonen of in de ambulante zorg. Of je nu intensieve zorg biedt in een klinische setting, cliënten begeleidt bij hun herstel in de thuissituatie of mensen met verslavingsproblematiek ondersteunt: er is altijd een passende uitdaging. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met psychiaters, psychologen, verpleegkundig specialisten en agogisch medewerkers en je onderhoudt contact met externe partners. Met jouw kennis van psychiatrische aandoeningen stem je de zorg af op de persoon, met aandacht voor zelfredzaamheid en eigen regie. De GGZ vraagt om een stevige, rustige professional die flexibel meebeweegt. Je werkt parttime of fulltime, met arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO VVT. Jouw competenties Zo ben jij: - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding Verpleegkunde op niveau 4. - Je bent als verpleegkundige ingeschreven in het BIG-register. - Je bent empathisch, geduldig en communicatief sterk. - Je werkt graag samen in een multidisciplinair team. - Je gaat zorgvuldig en respectvol om met cliënten met psychische problemen en hun familie of vertegenwoordigers.
