Voor een modern en warm woonzorgcentrum in de regio Lommel zijn wij op zoek naar een professionele en geëngageerde verpleegkundige.

Heb jij een hart voor ouderen, werk je graag multidisciplinair en streef je naar kwalitatieve en evidence-based zorg?

Dan ben jij misschien de versterking die we zoeken.

Als verpleegkundige ben je een essentiële schakel binnen het zorgteam en sta je mee in voor het bewaken van de zorgkwaliteit en het welzijn van de bewoners.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen conform de geldende richtlijnen en procedures.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en evalueren van individuele zorgplannen.
  • Monitoren van de fysieke, psychische en psychosociale gezondheidstoestand van bewoners.
  • Klinische observaties verrichten en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren.
  • Correcte verpleegkundige rapportage en zorgregistratie in het bewonersdossier.
  • Actieve deelname aan multidisciplinair overleg met collega's, artsen, kinesitherapeuten en andere zorgpartners.
  • Informeren en ondersteunen van bewoners en hun familieleden.
  • Mee bijdragen aan een veilige, warme en respectvolle leefomgeving waarin autonomie en levenskwaliteit centraal staan.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Bachelor Verpleegkunde of Gegradueerde Verpleegkunde.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig visum.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met ouderenzorg en persoonsgerichte zorgverlening.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en met respect voor de deontologische code.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een empathische ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen.
  • Ervaring binnen een woonzorgcentrum is een pluspunt, maar gemotiveerde starters zijn eveneens welkom.
