In het mobiel verpleegtechnisch team van Odion weet je nooit helemaal hoe je dienst verloopt. Het ene moment staat er een geplande verpleegtechnische handeling op je programma, het andere moment vraagt een onverwachte situatie om jouw komst. Je werkt zelfstandig, komt op verschillende plekken binnen Odion en krijgt veel ruimte om vanuit jouw professionele oordeel te bepalen wat er nodig is. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo uitdagend. Wat wil jij Je houdt van vrijheid en vindt het leuk dat geen dienst hetzelfde is. Soms weet je vooraf waar je naartoe gaat, soms verandert je planning omdat ergens onverwacht jouw verpleegkundige expertise nodig is. Dat schakelen past bij jou Je bent een doener, schakelt makkelijk en gebruikt jouw vakmanschap om ook in onverwachte situaties passend te handelen. Tegelijkertijd weet je dat goede verpleegkundige zorg om meer vraagt dan verpleegtechnische handelingen en protocollen. Je voelt aan wat een cliënt nodig heeft, wat een collega nodig heeft en wat de situatie op dat moment van jou vraagt. Je denkt vooruit, stelt prioriteiten en durft te vertrouwen op jouw eigen professionele oordeel. Je vindt het prettig om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Daarbij sta je er niet alleen voor. Je werkt samen met begeleiders, persoonlijk begeleiders en andere collega's op de locatie. Tijdens nachtdiensten werk je daarnaast samen met slaapwachten en collega's van de actieve nachtdiensten.
