Dan is Tactus, dé specialist, op zoek naar jou! - Zutphen - In overleg - MBO - 24-11-2026 De locatie In de intensieve behandelkliniek (IBK) aan de Willem Dreesstraat in Zutphen worden cliënten met psychische problematiek en verslavingsproblemen behandeld. Beide problemen worden gelijktijdig behandeld, dat geeft de beste kans op succes. Bijzonder aan deze kliniek is de High & Intensive Care (HIC). Dit is een acute opnameafdeling voor cliënten die een ernstige psychische crisis doormaken en voor wie een gesloten opnamesetting nodig is. De HIC biedt herstel ondersteunende zorg, behandeling en bescherming. De opname en behandeling hebben twee doelen namelijk; enerzijds het herwinnen van regie over het eigen functioneren, anderzijds het bieden van bescherming. Je gaat werken in een multidisciplinair team waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van elkaars expertise. Het team bestaat o.a. uit begeleiders, agogen, verpleegkundigen, vaktherapeuten, een verpleegkundig specialist, een verslavingsarts en een psychiater. Jouw werkzaamheden Geen dag is hetzelfde in je werk als verpleegkundige, mede door de zeer diverse doelgroep. De werkzaamheden van de verpleegkundigen liggen op de gebieden van somatische zorg, psychiatrische zorg en de zorg voor LVB-patiënten. Dit is uiteraard gecombineerd met verslavingszorg. Je werkt natuurlijk niet alleen, je werkt samen met een enthousiast en gemotiveerd team om iedere dag goede zorg te leveren.
