Wil je werken met volwassenen met een licht verstandelijke beperking en psychiatrische problematiek? In deze functie combineer je verpleegkundige zorg met persoonlijke begeleiding en bouw je mee aan een nieuwe, kleinschalige behandelomgeving. Over de functie Als verpleegkundige ondersteun je volwassenen die tijdelijk intensieve behandeling nodig hebben. Je coördineert de verpleegkundige zorg en helpt cliënten om stap voor stap meer grip te krijgen op hun dagelijks leven. Met jouw aandacht, duidelijkheid en structuur zorg je voor vertrouwen en veiligheid. Je werkt volgens Triple C: Cliënt, Coach en Competentie. Je kijkt verder dan het gedrag en onderzoekt wat iemand nodig heeft om zich veilig te voelen en mee te doen. Je stimuleert cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen en biedt ondersteuning waar dat nodig is. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met onder anderen begeleiders, verpleegkundigen, artsen, een psychiater en een orthopedagoog-generalist. De behandelomgeving biedt ruimte aan tien cliënten. Omdat het team nog in opbouw is, krijg je ruimte om jouw ervaring en ideeën in te brengen. Als verpleegkundige ga jij: • veranderingen in de lichamelijke en psychische gezondheid observeren en vertalen naar passende zorg • verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren en medicatie verstrekken • somatische gezondheidsrisico's signaleren en hier proactief op handelen • de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de verpleegkundige zorg bewaken • de zorg en behandeling afstemmen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines • bijdragen aan een veilig, voorspelbaar en herstelgericht behandelklimaat De opdrachtgever is een grote organisatie in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg in Midden-Nederland.
