Verpleegkundige op het verpleegkundig steunpunt in Leerdam Ben jij verpleegkundige en wil je méér dan alleen zorg verlenen? Zoek je een functie waarin verpleegkundige expertise, persoonlijke begeleiding en betekenisvolle zorg samenkomen? Dan is deze veelzijdige functie iets voor jou. Als verpleegkundige ben je primair verbonden aan het Verpleegkundig Steunpunt. Daarnaast draai je reguliere diensten als persoonlijk begeleider op de woning. Juist deze afwisseling maakt het werk uitdagend, leerzaam en waardevol. Geen dag is hetzelfde en iedere dag maak je zichtbaar verschil in het leven van onze cliënten. Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor 3 tot 4 bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. Als verpleegkundige coördineer je de behandeling en begeleiding van een aantal cliënten met een (zeer) intensieve begeleidingsvraag. Je geeft daarbij zelf uitvoering aan de behandeling door mee te werken in de directe begeleiding van cliënten. Daarnaast: - stel je dag-, ontwikkel- en trainingsprogramma's op en evalueer je deze; - werk je samen met de orthopedagoog en teamleider aan de beste behandeling en begeleiding; - neem je deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen; - heb je een coachende rol richting begeleiders en ondersteunend begeleiders; - draag je samen met het team verantwoordelijkheid voor menswaardige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige zorg. Filips Willemstraat 6-8 bestaat uit twee geschakelde woningen met in totaal tien cliënten. De bewoners zijn voornamelijk ouder dan 65 jaar en hebben een licht, matig of ernstig verstandelijke beperking (LVB, MVB of EVB). Naarmate cliënten ouder worden, verandert hun ondersteuningsvraag. Zij hebben behoefte aan rust, voorspelbaarheid, structuur en oprechte aandacht. Daarom creëren we een veilige en prikkelarme leefomgeving waarin cliënten zich gezien en gehoord voelen.
