Parttime/ fulltime Heb je een diploma Verpleegkundige niveau 4, maar ben je al een tijd uit de zorg? Wil je weer bevoegd en bekwaam worden? Op basis van je diploma en werkervaring wordt er een persoonlijk ontwikkelprogramma voor je opgesteld. Je ontvangt een inwerkprogramma op maat en naarmate jouw ontwikkelprogramma vordert, kun je steeds meer taken uitvoeren tot het huidige kwalificatieniveau. Onderdeel van het inwerkprogramma is het volgen van de theorie en toetsen op het Leerplein. Vervolgens ga je op een intramurale locatie van Zorgbalans aan de slag. De duur van het persoonlijk ontwikkelplan hangt af van jouw opleiding en werkervaring in de zorg. Heb jij het profiel en de opleiding die we zoeken? - Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Verpleegkunde niv 4 en je bent bereid een BIG herregistratietraject te volgen - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de ouderenzorg - Je bent gewend om onregelmatig te werken, zowel door de week als in het weekend - Je beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en waar nodig neem je zelfstandig beslissingen - Je vindt het boeiend om kennis over te dragen en dat gaat je goed af - Je bent communicatief sterk en je kan goed coördineren - Je bent minimaal 20 uur per week beschikbaar Wat is ons aanbod? Afhankelijk van je opleiding en ervaring verdien je als MBO Verpleegkundige bij Zorgbalans maximaal € 4.245,84 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (FWG 45, cao VVT). Daarnaast ontvang je 8% vakantietoeslag, een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, een reiskostenvergoeding en bouw je pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn.
