Je geeft de bewoners van onze zorgcentra de verpleegkundige zorg die ze nodig hebben. Elke cliënt is anders en heeft een eigen karakter en zorgvraag. Je kan goed luisteren en kijken naar de mens achter de cliënt. Zo weet je precies wat iemand echt nodig heeft. Je leert je cliënten goed kennen en je wordt voor hen een vertrouwd gezicht. Je merkt het daardoor meteen als er iets verandert in gedrag of behoefte. Door jouw liefdevolle aandacht, inlevingsvermogen en oplettendheid kunnen we de zorg direct aanpassen als dat nodig is. Samenwerken Je kan goed zelfstandig werken. Maar natuurlijk hou je ook goed contact met je collega-zorgverleners, (huis-)artsen en familie van je cliënten. Je vormt een hecht team met de zorgprofessionals die bij je cliënten betrokken zijn: collega-verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden en helpenden. Samen zijn jullie de kracht achter onze zorg met hart en ziel. Verschillende diensten We werken in dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten. Bij sommige zorgcentra werk je vooral in dagdiensten op doordeweekse dagen. Een paar keer in de maand heb je een bereikbaarheidsdienst. Bereikbaarheidsdiensten heb je overdag of voor de avond. Je kan dan worden opgeroepen voor een cliënt in de wijk. Of om te komen helpen op een van onze locaties binnen een bepaalde regio. Vereisten - Je hebt een mbo-diploma als verpleegkundige. - Je bent BIG-geregistreerd. - Je bent zelfstandig, voortvarend en meelevend. - Je herkent je in de identiteitsbepaling van de betreffende locatie waar je voor wilt solliciteren, te vinden op de locatiepagina .
