- Verpleegkundige Rotterdam Alexander Lelie zorggroep zoekt een Verpleegkundige Rotterdam Alexander Dit ga je doen & hier ga je werken Jij combineert de dagelijkse zorg voor onze cliënten met liefdevolle aandacht voor hen als persoon. Dát geeft jou voldoening! Ook ben je, samen met je collega's, verantwoordelijk voor alle zorg rondom de cliënten. Van adl tot alle verpleegtechnische handelingen die noodzakelijk zijn. Via digitale systemen zijn alle cliëntgegevens in te zien, rapporteer je, communiceer je en teken je medicatie af. Er zijn korte lijnen onderling; naar de coördinator en naar de verschillende disciplines waar je mee samenwerkt. Doordat je zelfstandig de routes rijdt heb je echt je eigen werkomgeving en verantwoordelijkheid. Tijd voor de cliënt door het één op één contact wordt optimaal benut. Verder heb je overleg met de behandelend arts of andere betrokken disciplines. Hier bespreek je wat je signaleert rondom de gezondheid van de cliënten. Je stimuleert de cliënten om wat zij zelf nog kunnen, dat ook zelf te doen. Dit vergroot hun zelfredzaamheid. Uiteraard zorg je voor een goede overdracht naar de collega's in jouw team. Als verpleegkundige in ons team zijn er extra taken passend bij jouw niveau, denk hierbij aan bijvoorbeeld de virtuele thuiszorg of evv taken, laat ons weten waar jouw interesses liggen! Voor ons team in Rotterdam Alexander zijn we op zoek naar een verpleegkundige voor 12 tot 24 uur per week. De uren zijn bespreekbaar. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Verpleegkunde op mbo-niveau 4 en bent BIG-geregistreerd. - Je bent in bezit van eigen vervoer (vereiste) en woonachtig in het werkgebied. - Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je onze missie en visie onderschrijft, jij herkent je in de christelijke identiteit van onze organisatie en leeft en werkt vanuit deze overtuiging.
