Ben jij een verpleegkundige die warm loopt voor verpleegtechnische handelingen én graag meebouwt aan de zorg van de toekomst bij Sensire? In regio Oude IJsselstreek combineer je complexe zorg met overstijgend meedenken in een hecht en open team! Binnen de wijkverpleging van Sensire in Oude IJsselstreek zijn we volop in beweging. Je krijgt te maken met een grote diversiteit aan verpleegtechnische handelingen en complexe casuïstiek. Met jouw klinische blik monitor je het zorgproces, ondersteun je collega verzorgenden IG en helpenden en denk je overstijgend mee om de zorgkwaliteit hoog te houden. Wat ga je doen Jouw werkdag ademt vakinhoudelijke dynamiek. Je start je dienst met het inlezen van de dossiers. Vervolgens ga je op pad voor een gevarieerde route. Tijdens je dienst ben je veel bezig met verpleegtechnische handelingen, dit combineer je soms met de reguliere ADL-zorg. Denk bij de verpleegtechnische handelingen aan complexe wondzorg, VAC-pompen, IV-antibiotica, morfinepompen en katheterzorg. Vanaf november starten we met onze nieuwe 'hersteldienst'. In deze diensten richt je je specifiek op cliënten die kortdurend (gericht op herstel binnen 3 maanden) zorg nodig hebben. In je diensten ben je daarnaast bezig met meer overstijgende taken: je voert intake- en huisbezoeken uit voor alarmeringsaanvragen (PAS), past zorgplannen in overleg met wijkverpleegkundigen aan en ondersteunt collega's bij inhoudelijke vragen. Tussen de routes door ontmoet je je collega's bijna dagelijks op ons kantoor in Silvolde om gezellig samen te lunchen, de dag door te spreken en ervaringen te delen.
