In deze rol doe je veel meer dan monitoren: je denkt mee, redeneert, adviseert, ontwikkelt en maakt impact op het leven van patiënten. Samen met een groeiend team geef je telemonitoring verder vorm. Wil je deze functie combineren met een andere verpleegkundige rol binnen ons ziekenhuis? Ook dat is in overleg mogelijk. Dit ga je doen Als verpleegkundige telemonitoring sta je dicht bij de patiënt, ook als die thuis is. Je volgt de gezondheid van patiënten op afstand, beoordeelt metingen en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Met jouw klinische blik en het klinisch redeneren, persoonlijke aandacht en scherpe observaties maak je iedere dag het verschil. Samen met collega's, verpleegkundig specialisten en artsen zorg je ervoor dat patiënten de juiste zorg op het juiste moment krijgen. Bovendien krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van telemonitoring en zo een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan innovatieve zorg. "Het is meer dan meldingen verwerken.
