Op onze chirurgische GE-afdeling krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten én verder te groeien.?? Over de afdeling Bij onze afdeling C2, onderdeel van de vakgroep chirurgie, staat maag-, darm- en leverchirurgie centraal. Met 22 bedden bieden wij complexe en hoogwaardige zorg aan onze patiënten. Bovendien hebben we een leerwerkplaats waar we samen met enthousiaste stagiaires een professionele en stimulerende leeromgeving creëren.? Wat ga je doen Als verpleegkundige op onze afdeling speel je een essentiële rol in de patiëntenzorg. Je draagt niet alleen de verantwoordelijkheid voor de zorg van de patiënten, maar ook voor het coördineren van het gehele verpleegkundige proces. Daarnaast reflecteer je kritisch op jezelf en de zorg die wij als afdeling bieden. Vragen als "werken we efficiënt?",, "is het team?voldoendevoldoende deskundig?",,?"isis onze zorg van hoge kwaliteit?"?enen "wat is onze plek in?dede keten?",,?staanstaan bij jou centraal.
