Nieuwsgierig of dit bij je past? Jouw rol als verpleegkundige Als verpleegkundige bij Visio werk je op één of meerdere woonlocaties. Hier wonen cliënten met een visuele en verstandelijke beperking. Je adviseert begeleiders over de medische zorg en zorgt ervoor dat de verpleegkundige zorg goed en zorgvuldig verloopt. Je bewaakt het zorgproces en houdt dit overzichtelijk en veilig. Je stemt de zorg af met andere zorgprofessionals en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de begeleiders en de uitvoering van het beleid van de huisarts. Daarnaast voer je zelf verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en draag je verpleegkundige kennis over aan begeleiders. Ook denk je mee over kwaliteit, beleid en deskundigheidsbevordering. Zo help je de zorg elke dag te verbeteren en draag je bij aan de gezondheid en het welzijn van cliënten. Je werkt nauw samen met de collega, s van de verpleegkundige dienst bij triage richting huisarts en arts VG Je fungeert als voorwacht voor de huisarts en adviseert en schoolt begeleiders in het uitvoeren van risicovolle en voorbehouden van medische handelingen en ten aanzien van medicatieverstrekking. Over Visio Koninklijke Visio is het expertisecentrum voor slechtziende en blinde mensen. Binnen Visio Wonen & Dagbesteding wonen volwassenen en ouderen met een visuele en verstandelijke beperking. Vaak is er ook sprake van een lichamelijke, psychische of auditieve beperking. Bij Visio kijken we altijd naar wat wél kan.
