Je uitdaging

  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar het concept kleinschalig genormaliseerd wonen (woningen van 9 tot 15 bewoners).
  • Je draagt er samen met collega’s zorg voor bewoners, voor hun welzijn, comfort en woonomgeving.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de zorgvuldige uitvoering van technisch-verpleegkundige handelingen.
  • Je denkt graag mee met de organisatie en je tilt ‘wonen, leven en zorgen’ mee naar een hoger niveau.
  • Je straalt vertrouwen uit naar bewoners en familie en voert de juiste communicatie met hen.
