Voor deze laatste doelgroep zoeken wij een verpleegkundige of verpleegkundige gericht op kwaliteit. We horen graag van jou naar welke functie jouw voorkeur uitgaat. **Wat ga je doen?*** - Als verpleegkundige zorg je voor de dagelijkse verzorging en verpleging van cliënten met lichamelijke beperkingen - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de BHV en de triage richting de medische dienst - Medewerkers ondersteunen met onder andere de zorgplannen en verpleegtechnische handelingen - Klinisch redeneren - Als verpleegkundige gericht op kwaliteit werk je voor ongeveer 75% mee in de zorg, de andere 25% is gericht op kwaliteit, waaronder het coachen van medewerkers en het nemen van initiatieven tot kwaliteitsverbeteringen Werkdagen zijn maandag tot en met zondag, waarbij je voor dag- en avonddiensten ingeroosterd kan worden. De dagdiensten starten om 7.00 uur, de middag-/avonddiensten om 14.30 uur tot uiterlijk 22.00 uur.
