Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundige krijg je bij ons de ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om jouw talenten optimaal in te zetten en écht impact te maken op de levenskwaliteit van onze bewoners.

  • Kwalitatieve zorg: Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit met veel aandacht voor het comfort, de waardigheid en de autonomie van de bewoners.
  • Relatieopbouw: Je bouwt een warme, vertrouwensvolle band op met onze bewoners en hun families.
  • Vernieuwing & Projecten: Je neemt actief deel aan projecten rond onder meer een grootschalig dementieproject (persoonsgerichte zorg), palliatief zorgbeleid, medicatie-optimalisatie en professionalisering van wondzorg.
  • Samenwerken & Initiatief: Je werkt nauw samen in een hecht multidisciplinair team, denkt mee over verbeteringen en helpt deze ook effectief te realiseren.

Wie ben jij?

Je kijkt verder dan taken alleen, bent leergierig en krijgt energie van een dynamische, vooruitstrevende werkomgeving.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma verpleegkunde (HBO5/A2, Bachelor of Master).
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg en mensgerichte verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt interesse in thema's zoals dementie, palliatieve zorg of kwaliteitsprojecten.
  • Je bent een échte teamspeler, neemt graag initiatief en wil mezelf blijven ontwikkelen.
