Marente team Kwaliteitsverpleegkundige Revalidatie en Herstel in Oegstgeest Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige ben je een vertrouwd gezicht op de afdeling. Tijdens je zorgdiensten werk je mee als verpleegkundige en weet je wat er speelt bij cliënten en collega's. Je observeert, denkt mee en ziet waar dingen beter kunnen. Eén dag per week ben je vrij gepland voor kwaliteitsverbetering. Je gaat samen met collega's aan de slag met verbeterpunten die vanuit de praktijk ontstaan. Denk aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen, het delen van kennis of het ondersteunen van collega's bij een nieuwe werkwijze. Je coacht en begeleidt collega's en stimuleert hen om mee te denken over goede en toekomstbestendige zorg. Jij bent de enige kwaliteitsverpleegkundige op de afdeling Kracht en Sprint. Uiteraard werk je samen met de kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen van onze andere Revalidatie & Herstel afdelingen op het gebied van afdeling overstijgende projecten. Je: - combineert verpleegkundige zorg met een rol in kwaliteitsverbetering - signaleert vanuit de praktijk waar kansen liggen en zet deze om in concrete verbeteringen - coacht en begeleidt collega's op de werkvloer daarnaast heb je de rol van werkbegeleider en assessor - stimuleert een lerende en professionel...
