- Verpleegkundige Wonen, zorg & welzijn Verpleegkundige Wil jij als verpleegkundige écht van betekenis zijn én je verpleegkundig leiderschap inzetten? Bij de Hazelaar in Hasselt werk je in een betrokken team waar aandacht is voor bewoners, elkaar én de kwaliteit van zorg. Jij maakt elke dienst het verschil. In het kort: - 16 - 28 uur - Onbepaalde tijd - Hasselt, De Hazelaar Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige verricht je verpleegtechnische handelingen en word je ingezet in de verpleegtechnische dienst op somatiek en/of PG. Je zet verpleegkundig leiderschap in om de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorgverlening te bewaken en zo nodig te verbeteren. Dit doe je door: - zorg te verlenen aan bewoners zoals afgesproken in het individuele zorgplan, waarbij gewerkt wordt volgens de geldende visie, methodieken en richtlijnen; - mee te denken over nieuwe ontwikkelingen en zorg gerelateerde vraagstukken; - als eindverantwoordelijke in de dienst collega's te begeleiden/coachen bij het werk. Waar ga je werken? De Hazelaar is een verzorgings- en verpleeghuis en vormt het centrum van de ouderenzorg in Hasselt. Wij zijn een thuis voor onze bewoners en een ontmoetingsplek voor omwonenden. We zoeken zowel collega's voor ons team wat somatische zorg aan bewoners biedt die in hun eigen appartementen wonen als in het verpleeghuis voor ouderen met dementie waar ongeveer 6 bewoners per afdelingen wonen.
