Als kortelijnverpleegkundige bij HZW Huisartsenzorg ondersteun je de dienstdoende huisarts en heb je een eigen spreekuur op de huisartsenspoedpost. Je beoordeelt patiënten met laag-urgente klachten en bepaalt binnen vastgestelde protocollen de passende behandeling. De regiearts is dichtbij voor overleg en de dienstdoende huisarts blijft medisch verantwoordelijk. Je combineert klinisch redeneren met direct patiëntcontact. Zo krijgt de patiënt snel passende zorg en ondersteun je de huisarts bij de meer complexe hulpvragen. Wat ga je doen? - Je ontvangt patiënten die na triage naar jouw spreekuur zijn verwezen, neemt de anamnese af, onderzoekt hen en stelt een waarschijnlijkheidsdiagnose; - Je beoordeelt en behandelt laag-urgente klachten, waaronder "klein trauma" zoals bijvoorbeeld letsel ledenmaten, verwijderen van lichaam vreemde voorwerpen in oog, neus of oor. Ook verzorg je wonden, waaronder lijmen en hechten; - Je geeft patiënten heldere uitleg, zelfzorgadvies en instructies over vervolgacties en alarmsignalen; - Je stelt waar nodig medicatie voor ter ondertekening door de regiearts en stemt af met andere zorgverleners; - Je legt consulten en recepten zorgvuldig vast, houdt de werkplek op orde en draagt bij aan betere werkprocessen. Hoe werk je? Je werkt zelfstandig binnen gevalideerde protocollen en kent de grenzen van je bevoegdheid en bekwaamheid. Bij twijfel stem je af met de regiearts. Binnen de spreekuurplanning organiseer je je eigen werk. Als het rooster daarom vraagt, ben je inzetbaar op beide locaties. Je werkt in de avond, weekend en tijdens feestdagen en het reguliere teamoverleg is tijdens kantoorur...
