Je vervult een uitdagende en diverse rol waarin je het verlenen van verpleegkundige zorg afwisselt met het observeren, signaleren en rapporteren over zorgproblemen. Samen met jouw collega's maak je elke dag het verschil. Verpleegkundige Reedewaard - Almere Een greep uit je werkzaamheden - Verlenen van persoonsgerichte, verpleegkundige zorg aan de hand van het zorgplan; - Je zorgt, samen met je collega's, voor een goede kwaliteit van zorg en leefbare woonomgeving; - Je observeert bewoners en signaleert veranderingen zodat deze tijdens de bewonersbesprekingen en/of werk- en teamoverleg kan worden besproken. Je observeert, signaleert en rapporteert zorgproblemen en je neemt hierop vervolgacties of zet deze uit; - Je hebt de vrijheid om samen met je collega's te bepalen hoe je elke individuele cliënt de beste en meest passende zorg kunt bieden voor maximale kwaliteit van leven. Binnen het hechte team dat jullie vormen, schakel jij tussen een ondersteunende en proactieve rol; - Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg en krijgt daarnaast ruimte om kwaliteitsverbeteringen invulling te geven. Je levert een bijdrage aan de zorgplannen; - Samen met de bewoner maak je concreet wat hem of haar levensvreugde geeft en welke ondersteuning daarbij nodig is. Dat doe je op zo'n manier dat onze bewoners zich bij ons thuis voelen. Over jou - Je hebt de opleiding mbo-4 verpleegkunde afgerond; - Je hebt een geldige BIG-registratie; - Je hebt een passie voor mensen met een zorgvraag (somatisch, PG en/of psychiatrie) waardoor je als professional een bijdrage kan leveren binnen de organisatie; - Je hebt ruime relevante werkervaring als Verpleegkundige; - Je hebt kennis van de beschikbare zorgtechnologie; - Je bent creatief en denkt in mogelijkheden; - Je kunt zelfstandig en in teamv...
