Of ben je al kinderverpleegkundige en staat het kind en gezin bij jou centraal? Wil je je richten op de zorg voor de allerkleinste pasgeborenen? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Wat ga je doen? Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg aan pasgeborenen vanaf 24 weken zwangerschap en begeleidt hun gezin in een complexe, hoogtechnologische omgeving, waarin gezinsgerichte zorg centraal staat. Je werkt in een dynamische setting waar geen dag hetzelfde is: van het ondersteunen van ouders bij de eerste keer zorgen voor hun kindje tot het meedraaien in acute situaties en spoedtransporten. Met jouw vooruitziende en scherpe klinische blik herken je tijdig toenemende complexiteit van zorg, handel je hierop en schakel je de juiste expertise in. Je plaatst het gezin centraal door ook broertjes en zusjes te betrekken bij de zorg en ouders te helpen een goede balans te vinden tussen thuis en het ziekenhuis. Daarnaast kijk je kritisch naar hoe de zorg wordt verleend en zet je samen met collega's actief verbeteringen in gang. Jouw belangrijkste taken - Begeleiden van ouders bij de dagelijkse zorg voor hun pasgeboren kind, van de eerste verzorgingsmomenten tot complexere zorgtaken. - Uitvoeren van hoogcomplexe en acute verpleegkundige zorg, inclusief het deelnemen aan spoedtransporten met de neonatoloog naar perifere ziekenhuizen. - Betrekken van het hele gezin bij de zorg, inclusief broertjes en zusjes, en ondersteunen van ouders bij het vinden van een goede balans tussen thuis en ziekenhuis. - Initiëren en realiseren van verb...
