- Verpleegkundige in de wijk 's-Gravenzande (8-uurs diensten beschikbaar) Als jij graag zelfstandig werkt en dicht bij de cliënten wilt zijn, is werken in de wijk iets voor jou. Binnen jouw wijkteam maak jij je route langs de cliënten en zorg je ervoor dat zij de zorg krijgen die ze nodig hebben en verdienen. De mensen blijven steeds langer thuis wonen en dus wordt de zorg thuis ook steeds complexer. Ga jij deze uitdaging graag aan? De complexiteit van de zorg neemt toe. Cliënten hebben meer zorg nodig en de problematiek wordt meer divers. Werken in de wijk is daarom geen dag hetzelfde. Pieter van Foreest is een 'bewegende' organisatie en wij verwachten dat jij in deze functie ook mee kan bewegen in de huidige ontwikkelingen. Dat betekent ook dat we veel bezig zijn met innovatieve mogelijkheden om het werk veiliger en efficiënter te maken, denk bijvoorbeeld aan digitale mogelijkheden zoals een medicatiedispenser. Als Verpleegkundige in de wijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zorg van je cliënt. Je kent je wijk en je cliënten. Ze proberen zoveel mogelijk te genieten van het leven. Jij weet welke zorg daarvoor nodig is. Dat is wat je motiveert. Met de ruimte en vrijheid om zelf de optimale zorg voor jouw cliënten te organiseren. Je kent ze persoonlijk, bent betrokken en weet wat er speelt. Hoe kwetsbaar situaties soms ook kunnen zijn, dat maakt je alert en als het nodig is grijp je in. Dat geeft je voldoening en maakt je ook trots op je team, jezelf en op je vak! Wat moet je weten over dit wijkteam?
