Functie

Samen met je collega’s sta je in voor het verlenen van verpleegkundige basis- en gespecialiseerde zorg aan geriatrische patiënten. Hierbij is het toepassen van hygiëne- en isolatiemaatregelen van groot belang. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correct uitgevoerd medicatiebeleid en sta je in voor de uitvoering en opvolging van de vastgelegde procedures. Je begeleidt de behandelende arts tijdens zijn bezoek aan de patiënt. Je verleent psychosociale ondersteuning aan patiënten. Dit is een waardevolle taak die bijdraagt aan het welbevinden van de patiënt tijdens zijn ziekenhuisopname. Als team willen we elkaar ook steeds bijstaan. Bijgevolg zal het ondersteunen en begeleiden van nieuwe collega’s, stagiaires en studenten ook tot je takenpakket behoren. Tot slot neem je deel aan het teamoverleg en informatieoverdracht.

Profiel

• Je bent in het bezit van het diploma HBO5 of bachelor in de verpleegkunde; • Een bijzondere beroepstitel of bekwaming in de geriatrie is een pluspunt; • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken: • Je bent een gemotiveerde, betrokken en nauwgezette verpleegkundige; • Kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening en patiëntvriendelijkheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.

Aanbod

Naast een tof en dynamisch team zal je tewerkgesteld worden in een innoverende werkomgeving.
