Ben jij een verpleegkundige met een hart voor zowel orthopedische zorg als geriatrische patiënten? Voor een dynamische ziekenhuisafdeling zoeken we versterking binnen een gecombineerde dienst orthopedie en acute geriatrie. Het gaat om een tijdelijke opdracht van 3 maanden met een snelle opstart, waarbij je terechtkomt in een multidisciplinair team waar kwaliteit van zorg en patiëntgericht werken centraal staan.

Hierbij alvast een blik in het takenpakket:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse zorg van patiënten binnen orthopedie en acute geriatrie
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen
  • Bewaken van de algemene toestand van de patiënt (fysiek en psychosociaal)
  • Nauw samenwerken met artsen en andere zorgprofessionals
  • Actief bijdragen aan kwaliteitsvolle en vlotte zorgverlening
  • Observeren, rapporteren en tijdig ingrijpen waar nodig
  • Zorgen voor correcte en nauwkeurige administratie
  • Meewerken aan een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving
  • Omgaan met een gevarieerde patiëntenpopulatie
  • Flexibel schakelen tussen verschillende zorgsituaties
  • Diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor of HBO5)
  • Ervaring binnen orthopedie en/of geriatrie is een sterke plus
  • Je hebt een goede klinische blik en kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag in teamverband
  • Je kan je vlot aanpassen aan een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Bereidheid om te werken in vroege en late shiften
  • Beschikbaar voor een periode van 3 maanden (snelle opstart)
