The posting

ZAS, de drijvende kracht voor gezondheidszorg in beweging. Samen gaan we voor warme en innovatieve zorg.

ZAS Cadix ligt aan de kop van park Spoor Noord, naast de Cadixwijk. Het ziekenhuis, met 19 verdiepingen, is het 3de hoogste gebouw van Antwerpen en markeert de grens tussen haven en stad. Onze acute inwendige afdeling op de negende verdieping heeft 56 bedden en specialisaties zoals gastro-enterologie, pneumologie, endocrinologie, cardiologie, neurologie, geplande vaatchirurgie en diabetesvoet. Je werkt in een gemotiveerd en dynamisch team waar topzorg centraal staat.

WAT?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Cadix (2030, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime is bespreekbaar
  • Uurrooster: Vroege (7-13u30/15u), late (14u00-22u00), nacht (21u15-7u15) Je werkt 2 weekends per maand.

OVER DE JOB

  • Je werkt in een dynamisch en enthousiast team dat focust op kwalitatieve zorg voor patiënten met diverse acute aandoeningen.
  • Je verleent individuele, totale en planmatige zorg met aandacht voor de lichamelijke en psychosociale behoeften van elke patiënt.
  • Je neemt initiatief wanneer je ruimte voor verbetering ziet.
  • Je voert verpleegkundige opdrachten van de arts op een correcte en zorgzame manier uit, met steun van je collega’s.
  • Je verzekert continuïteit van de zorgverlening via mondelinge besprekingen en schriftelijke registraties.
  • Je draagt bij aan administratieve, technische en huishoudelijke taken en volgt graag de nodige opleidingen en bijscholingen.

  • Je gaat flexibel om met de piekmomenten.
  • Je neemt een collegiale houding aan, bent eerlijk en objectief in optreden en handelen en kan strikt omgaan met het beroepsgeheim.
  • Je wil voortdurend bijleren: je staat open voor feedback en wil je continu blijven bijscholen.
  • Je bent bereid in een flexibel uurrooster te werken.
