Een gediplomeerd mbo- of hbo-verpleegkundige met de ambitie je te specialiseren in de Oncologie en Hematologie. In bezit van de CZO-erkende Oncologie opleiding of bereid deze opleiding te volgen. In bezit van de Hematologie opleiding of bereid deze te volgen.

Zien wat iemand nodig heeft. Je legt makkelijk contact en je vraagt door. Je bent duidelijk op een vriendelijke manier waardoor patiënten en collega weten waar ze aan toe zijn, óók op de moeilijke momenten. Kortom, jij geeft patiënten de beste zorg door een sterk team te vormen met je collega.

In een vaak spannende en onzekere periode voor onze patiënten, geef jij de beste zorg. Een luisterend oor bieden en klaar staan.

Zorg op topniveau. Je werkt met een veelzijdige patiëntengroep. Oncologische patiënten komen voor diagnostiek en medicamenteuze behandelingen bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van chemotherapie of immunotherapie. Op de Hematologie zie je patiënten met maligne en benigne tumoren. Je bouwt echt een band met hen op. Een afwisseling van diepe en luchtige gesprekken. Soms bespreek je met de patiënt zijn laatste wens en zet je de wensambulance hiervoor in. Zo maak jij echt het verschil. Jij hoort het niet alleen, jij luistert echt.

Juiste voorlichting aan jouw patiënten en de mensen om hen heen. Je vertelt wat zij kunnen verwachten tijdens hun behandeling. Optimale samenwerking. Dankzij jouw actieve bijdrage maken we de beste zorg en behandelplannen. Hiervoor werk je samen met artsen, specialisten en andere disciplines. De hematoloog is je dagelijkse aanspreekpunt. Persoonlijke zorg en aandacht kenmerken de afdeling. Natuurlijk voor onze patiënten, maar zeker ook voor elkaar. Samen met je betrokken collega, hematologen, oncologen en verpleegkundig specialisten vorm je een hecht team.

Actuele kennis van de ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied. Bijvoorbeeld over nieuwe technieken, materialen en mof medicatie. Je blijft op de hoogte door nascholing. En door verpleegkundige handelingen vaak uit te voeren, blijf je zelfverzekerd en vertrouwd.
