Ben jij op zoek naar een vacature als verpleegkundige waarin afwisseling, werkzekerheid en groei centraal staan? Als verpleegkundige op projectbasis werk je in verschillende zorginstellingen met de zekerheid van een vast contract. Zo doe je snel ervaring op, ontwikkel je nieuwe vaardigheden en maak je impact waar jouw expertise het meest nodig is.

Jobomschrijving

Als projectverpleegkundige bij Care Talents wordt je ingezet op tijdelijke opdrachten binnen de zorg in heel Vlaanderen.

Over dit boeiende project:

  • je komt terecht in een ziekenhuis op de afdeling pediatrie
  • je staat in voor de zorgverlening aan kinderen en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit
  • observeren en monitoren van de gezondheidstoestand van kinderen en medicatie toedienen

Als je project afgelopen is wordt je ingezet op een ander project in jouw regio. Je blijft gedurende loopbaan bij Care Talents altijd een vast contract onbepaalde duur hebben, maar kan ondertussen proeven van verschillende afdelingen, diensten en zorginstellingen.

  • Diploma en visum van verpleegkundige (bijna) op zak;
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring op een pediatrie dienst of een sterke interesse;
  • Je bent flexibel, assertief en kan jezelf aanpassen aan diverse zorgomgevingen;
  • Je staat open om feedback te geven en te ontvangen;
  • Open communicatie is vanzelfsprekend voor jou;
  • Je bent collegiaal en werkt graag in teamverband.
