Verpleegkundige Ad-Hoc - Maximale flexibiliteit, maximale impact!

Locatie: Regio Kempen

Uren: Volledig flexibel / ad-hoc (jij kiest welke diensten je aanneemt!)

Contract: Tijdelijke opdrachten / Interim

Werkritme: Vroege, late, nacht of weekenddiensten wanneer het jóú uitkomt

Ben jij een gediplomeerd verpleegkundige die houdt van afwisseling? Wil je graag de regie over je eigen agenda, maar tegelijkertijd echt het verschil maken voor ouderen? Dan is werken op ad-hoc basis de perfecte match!

Als ad-hoc verpleegkundige spring je bij waar de nood het hoogst is. Je komt terecht in warme, huiselijke teams waar jouw expertise met open armen wordt ontvangen. Jij kiest zelf wanneer, waar en hoeveel je werkt. Ideaal te combineren met een studie, gezin of als een flexibele hoofd- of bijverdienste!

Jouw impact per opdracht

Als ad-hoc verpleegkundige ben jij de 'redder in nood'. Je past je snel aan en draait vanaf minuut een vlot mee op de afdeling. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Kwaliteitszorg on the spot: Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen deskundig uit en deelt de medicatie veilig uit.
  • Observeren & Handelen: Je pikt veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners snel op en reageert professioneel.
  • Hartelijke zorg: Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse verzorging en brengt meteen rust en een glimlach op de afdeling.
  • Snelle integratie: Je werkt vlot samen met het vaste multidisciplinaire team en houdt de verpleegkundige dossiers nauwkeurig bij.

Ben jij het flexibele talent dat we zoeken?

Jij houdt van dynamiek, kan snel schakelen en bent sociaal aangelegd. Dit breng je mee:

  • Een erkend diploma in de verpleegkunde (HBO5, Bachelor of Master) en een verplicht visum.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je kunt uitstekend zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook direct een volwaardige teamplayer zodra je een afdeling oploopt.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar: afspraak is afspraak voor de diensten die jij accepteert.
