Verpleegkundige Hilversum Gisteren Over de functie Bij Bergman Clinics in Hilversum begeleid je cliënten en hun familie voor en na operaties. Je verstrekt informatie over behandelingen en nazorg, observeert en bewaakt cliënten, en rapporteert volgens protocollen. Wat ga je doen - Begeleiden van cliënten en familie voor en na operatie - Verstrekken van informatie over behandelingen en nazorg - Observeren, controleren en bewaken van cliënten na operatie - Rapporteren en overdragen van zorg volgens protocollen - Op termijn uitvoeren van verpleegkundig spreekuur en bereikbaarheidsdiensten - Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen in het zorgproces Wat je meebrengt - Diploma Verpleegkundige (niveau 4/5) met geldige BIG-registratie - Minimaal 1 jaar recente ervaring met pre- en postoperatieve zorg in een ziekenhuis - Bereidheid om opleiding tot POK-assistent te volgen - Gestructureerd werken en prioriteiten stellen - Flexibel inzetbaar voor dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten (maandag t/m zaterdag) - Proactief en meedenken over verbeteringen in de zorg Mooi meegenomen - Ervaring met HiX of vergelijkbare systemen Wat je krijgt - Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en vakantietoeslag van 8,33% - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer tot 80 km enkele reis - Contract voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op vast dienstverband - 160 vakantie-uren en 72 PLB-uren per kalenderjaar bij fulltime - Toegang tot trainingen via Good Habitz en Bergman Academy Over Bergman Clinics Nederland B.V.
