Over BuurtzorgT Ouderenpsychiatrie Utrecht Wij zijn een gezellig, multidisciplinair en zelfsturend team dat ambulante psychiatrische zorg biedt aan kwetsbare ouderen. In ons team werken de volgende disciplines: Psychiater, GZ-psychologen, SPV'ers en een Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ. We zijn betrokken bij elkaar en werken in vertrouwen intensief samen. Bij BuurtzorgT geloven we in de kracht van herstelgerichte zorg met zo min mogelijk bureaucratie. We hebben een grote mate van professionele vrijheid, dragen samen de verantwoordelijkheid voor onze praktijk en dagen elkaar uit om continu te blijven leren en vernieuwen. Wat ga je doen?
