Binnen zorglocatie Roncalli in Roermond wonen op de afdeling Oranjehof 3, 17 bewoners met somatische zorgvragen. Samen met de andere somatische afdelingen binnen Oranjehof verlenen wij zorg aan 56 bewoners. De afdeling beschikt over een gezamenlijke huiskamer, waar bewoners elkaar ontmoeten voor activiteiten en gezamenlijke maaltijden. Dit draagt bij aan een huiselijke en veilige leefomgeving. Je werkt binnen een subteam, maar de samenwerking is breed: collega's helpen elkaar en ondersteunen waar nodig ook de andere teams. Als verpleegkundige: - bied je persoonsgerichte zorg afgestemd op de somatische zorgvraag van bewoners - neem je taken en verantwoordelijkheden die bij jouw functie horen, denk ook aan artsvisite, EVV taken - draag je bij aan het verbeteren en borgen van kwaliteit van zorg - werk je samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere disciplines - denk je actief mee over ontwikkelingen binnen het team en de afdeling. Met jouw enthousiasme, oprechte interesse en open houding weet je gemakkelijk verbinding te maken. Je beschikt over een diploma Verpleegkundige niveau 4 en bent BIG-geregistreerd.
