In de regio Sittard, Heerlen en Geleen zoeken wij per direct een obstetrieverpleegkundige voor een flexibele rol op basis van een flexcontract, detachering, losse diensten, werving & selectie of zzp. In deze rol begeleid je vrouwen en hun partners in een medische en emotionele fase van zwangerschap tot kraamperiode. Je bent een cruciale speler in een ziekenhuisomgeving, waar je op verloskamers en High Care Obstetrie complexe taken uitvoert. Je monitort moeder en kind, signaleert complicaties zoals pre-eclampsie of fluxus, assisteert bij spoedsectio s en biedt postpartumzorg. Daarbij ben je de rustige en beslissende schakel in spoedsituaties, terwijl je je team ondersteunt en emotionele begeleiding biedt aan families. Je wisselt tussen rustige begeleiding en hectische acute situaties, waardoor flexibiliteit en samenwerking essentieel zijn. Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde setting binnen een ziekenhuis, waar je deel uitmaakt van een multidisciplinair team. Dit team bestaat onder andere uit gynaecologen, klinisch verloskundigen, kinderartsen en anesthesiologen. Het is een dynamische omgeving waar je intensief samenwerkt en de kans krijgt om een diepe impact te maken in een van de meest cruciale levensmomenten van patiënten. Wij vragen: - Een hbo-diploma Verpleegkunde en een specialisatie in obstetrie; - Een geldige BIG-registratie; - Minimaal twee jaar relevante ervaring in obstetrische zorg; - Communicatief sterke vaardigheden, klinische scherpte en besluitvaardigheid; - Een stressbestendige en teamgerichte mentaliteit.
