Jobomschrijving

Op zoek naar ervaring binnen verschillende zorgsettings? Of weet je nog niet helemaal welke richting je uit wil als verpleegkundige?

Als projectverpleegkundige hoef je vandaag nog niet te kiezen voor één specifieke afdeling. Je krijgt de kans om verschillende zorgomgevingen te ontdekken, nieuwe expertise op te bouwen en te ervaren wat écht bij jou past.

Je eerste project vindt plaats binnen een ziekenhuis, waar je wordt ingezet op een afdeling geriatrie en/of inwendige geneeskunde. Hier doe je waardevolle ervaring op binnen een multidisciplinair team en ontwikkel je je verder als verpleegkundige.

Blijkt dit project toch niet helemaal jouw ding? Geen zorgen. Als projectverpleegkundige krijg je de mogelijkheid om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan en andere zorgsettings te ontdekken. Zo blijf je groeien, bijleren en ervaring opdoen zonder telkens zelf op zoek te moeten naar een nieuwe job.

Specifiek voor deze projectfunctie

  • Verlenen van kwalitatieve en patiëntgerichte verpleegkundige zorg binnen geriatrie en/of inwendige diensten.
  • Observeren, opvolgen en rapporteren van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten.
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Samenwerken met artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg.
  • Flexibel inspelen op de noden van de afdeling en ondersteuning bieden waar nodig.
  • Actief deelnemen aan overlegmomenten en kennisdeling binnen het team.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent bachelor- of gegradueerd verpleegkundige (A1 of A2).
  • Ervaring binnen een ziekenhuisomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt interesse in geriatrie en/of interne geneeskunde.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je vlot aan verschillende afdelingen en teams aan.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en patiëntgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over kwaliteitsverbetering.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een variabel uurrooster, inclusief weekends.
