Voor een warm en modern woonzorgcentrum in de regio Roeselare zoeken wij enthousiaste verpleegkundigen die op regelmatige basis willen bijwerken.

Binnen deze zorginstelling staat een mensgerichte aanpak voorop. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waar jouw expertise op het vlak van verpleegtechnische handelingen en klinische blik enorm wordt gewaardeerd. Omdat het om een flexibele invulling gaat, bepaal je in grote mate zelf wanneer je werkt. Dit maakt de job ideaal als flexibele bijverdienste naast een vaste job of om simpelweg extra ervaring op te doen in de ouderenzorg wanneer het jou uitkomt.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een wettelijk erkend visum en diploma van verpleegkundige (bachelor of gegradueerd/HBO5).
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met ouderenzorg en de residentiële sector.
  • Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kunt zowel zelfstandig beslissingen nemen als vlot samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands, zodat je vlot kunt overleggen met bewoners, artsen en familieleden.
  • Flexibiliteit inzetbaar zijn (bijvoorbeeld voor specifieke shiften in het weekend of vroege/late diensten) is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de totale verpleegkundige zorg van de bewoners (medicatievoorbereiding en -bedeling, wondzorg, bloednames, inspuitingen en andere verpleegtechnische handelingen).
  • Je voert de wekelijkse of dagelijkse parameters uit en coordineert de medische opvolging in overleg met de behandelende artsen.
  • Je coacht en stuurt de zorgkundigen aan op de werkvloer en fungeert als hun eerste aanspreekpunt bij dringende medische vragen.
  • Je staat in voor een nauwkeurige verpleegkundige verslaggeving en de administratieve opvolging in het elektronisch bewonersdossier.
  • Je biedt psychosociale ondersteuning aan bewoners en hun naasten in moeilijke momenten.
