In deze rol kies je zelf wanneer je werkt. Je ondersteunt het vaste zorgteam tijdens drukke periodes, afwezigheden of piekmomenten. Je komt terecht in een gastvrije omgeving waar kwalitatieve zorg en een persoonlijke benadering voor de bewoners centraal staan. Dit is de ideale kans om waardevolle ervaring op te doen, je expertise in te zetten en de volledige controle te behouden over je eigen planning en werk-privebalans.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma verpleegkunde (Bachelor of Gegradueerd/HBO5).
  • Verplicht: Je beschikt over een geldig visum verpleegkunde.
  • Je werkt graag op flexibele basis en past je snel aan op een nieuwe afdeling.
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderenzorg en stelt het welzijn van de bewoners voorop.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig werken als vlot aansluiten bij een bestaand team.
  • Je communiceert helder, bent stipt en gaat nauwkeurig te werk.
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen, zorgtaken en medicatiebeheer volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Bieden van kwalitatieve en ondersteunende zorg afgestemd op de noden van de residenten.
  • Tijdige observatie van de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners en deze correct rapporteren in het zorgdossier.
  • Vlot samenwerken met de aanwezige zorgkundigen, collega-verpleegkundigen en behandelend artsen.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor bewoners bij vragen of zorgbehoeften tijdens je shift.
