Verpleegkundige verpleegafdeling B5 / Interne Geneeskunde - € 3.171 - € 4.492 per maand - Verpleegafdeling B5 / Interne Geneeskunde Wat ga je doen? - Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de totale verpleegkundige zorg van opname tot ontslag voor de aan jouw toegewezen patiënten; - Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team, voor een patiëntenpopulatie met diverse ziektebeelden; - Je voert zelfstandig alle voorkomende verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en coördineert/regisseert de zorg voor de aan jou toegewezen patiënten; - Je begeleidt de aanwezige leerling-verpleegkundigen en stagiaires; - Daarnaast is psychosociale begeleiding van patiënten en familie een belangrijk aspect van jouw werk. Je moet je goed kunnen inleven in de patiënt en zijn ziekteproces of palliatieve begeleiding; - Om elke patiënt de best mogelijke zorg te kunnen bieden, wordt regelmatig een beroep gedaan op jouw creativiteit en flexibiliteit; - Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor zowel je eigen leer -en werkklimaat als voor de ander, samenwerken hierin is de boodschap; - Eigen initiatief tot het verbeteren van kwaliteit wordt zeer op prijs gesteld, deze worden gedeeld en geborgen in werkgroepen en afdelingsbesprekingen waarin jij als verpleegkundige in participeert. Hoe ziet je werkomgeving eruit? Op de verpleegafdeling Interne Geneeskunde (B5) worden patiënten opgenomen voor onderzoek en/of behandeling van algemene klachten die te maken (kunnen) hebben met de inwendige organen, hormoon- en stofwisselingsziekten en infectieziekten. Binnen afdeling B5 ligt het accent niet alleen op dagelijkse patiëntenzorg in acute en algemene situaties maar door de diversiteit aan patiëntencategorieën vindt er ook veel diagnostiek, curatie en palliatieve zorg plaats. Verpleegafdeling B5 excelleert in met name Geriatrische zorg voor kwetsbare ouderen maar door verschuiving in de patiënten populatie bieden diverse ziektebeelden een dynamisch aspect in je verpleegkundige zorgtaken.
