Dit ga je doenAls verpleegkundige binnen BW+ combineer je medische deskundigheid metherstelgerichte begeleiding. Jij bent alert op veiligheid, somatiek, psychiatrie én risico'sbinnen een forensisch kader.Je:voert verpleegkundige zorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, inclusiefmedicatieverstrekking en somatische monitoring; • observeert en signaleert veranderingen (psychisch, somatisch, sociaal) en grijpt in bijoplopende spanning, risico's of crisissituaties; • stelt samen met het team en cliënt (behandel)doelen op, bewaakt voortgang en werktmethodisch volgens ART en beleid; • creëert een veilig, stabiel en positief leefklimaat en ondersteunt bij dagelijkse structuur,herstel en zelfredzaamheid. • Dit ben jijJe bent professioneel, stressbestendig en sterk in klinisch redeneren - ook wanneer hetspannend of onvoorspelbaar wordt.
