Als verpleegkundige binnen ons specialistisch behandelteam begeleid je cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA) en complexe persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. Je biedt ondersteuning op momenten waarop de spanning oploopt en werkt samen met cliënten aan meer stabiliteit, vertrouwen en perspectief. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de uitdagingen van vandaag en richt je je op duurzame vooruitgang. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht multidisciplinair team waarin verschillende expertises samenkomen. Je kunt rekenen op betrokken collega's, korte lijnen en ruimte om ervaringen te delen en samen naar passende oplossingen te zoeken. Wij bieden jou Een hecht behandelteam, waarin we extra aandacht besteden aan de teamsamenwerking en ontwikkeling. - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO GGZ, schaal 50/55 (min. €3560,- en max €5294,-bruto op basis van 36 uur); - Het betreft een vacature voor 24-32 uur per week met de intentie om dit bij goed functioneren om te zetten in een vast dienstverband; - Een eindejaarsuitkering en vakantiegeld van 8,33%; - Je bouwt een goed pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn.
