Hier verlenen we zorg in 2 groepswoningen: 1 woning waar 7 cliënten met dementie wonen en 1 woongroep voor 7 cliënten met lichamelijke beperkingen. Pomona is een woonzorgcentrum in Kapelle. SVRZ verleent hier zorg in 2 groepswoningen waar per woning 7 cliënten met dementie wonen. Het team van Beatrixhof bestaat uit (ongeveer) 17 medewerkers, het team van Pomona uit 18 medewerkers. Wij zoeken een verpleegkundige die inzetbaar is voor beide locaties, maar inzet voor 1 locatie behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden. **Wat ga je doen?*** - Begeleiden van collega's bij complexe zorgsituaties en veranderende vragen - Inspireren van medewerkers om initiatief te nemen en met verbetervoorstellen te komen - Adviseren en ondersteunen bij zorgplannen en verpleegtechnische vraagstukken - Initiëren en ondersteunen van kwaliteitsverbeteringen binnen de zorgpraktijk - Meedenken over de dagbezetting en waar nodig bijdragen aan de continuïteit van zorg - Samen met de teamcoach aan een professionele, lerende werkomgeving werken waarin een prettige werksfeer vanzelfsprekend is - Verbinden van collega's door toegankelijkheid, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klinische expertise Je wordt voornamelijk ingezet voor dagdiensten van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
