In het kort... - Goede werk- privé balans - €3.252 - €4.770 p/mnd - Werk in een hecht en vast team Hoe jij impact kunt maken als Verpleegkundige Als verpleegkundige begeleidt je de cliënten voor en na hun endoscopisch onderzoek. Je hebt oog voor de individuele zorgbehoefte en wensen van de cliënt. In deze uitdagende en veelzijdig functie is dan ook bewust tijd en ruimte ingebouwd voor aandacht voor de cliënt. Je deelt de ambitie te behoren tot de beste Maag en Darm kliniek van Nederland. Wat ga je doen? - Het verlenen van professionele verzorging op de uitslaapkamer (voor en na onderzoek of de behandeling), met oog voor de behoeften van de individuele cliënt en met inachtneming van de richtlijnen - Het zelfstandig voeren van intakegesprekken met cliënten volgens de richtlijnen van het bevolkingsonderzoek (BVO) als ook van intakegesprekken in het kader van reguliere doorverwijzingen - Ondersteunen op de front- en backoffice waarbij je o.a. cliënten aanmeldt, afspraken inplant en spreekuren voorbereidt en verwerkt - Samen met de MDL artsen, (endoscopie) verpleegkundigen, front- en backoffice en CSA medewerker lever je een actieve bijdrage aan verbeteringen/ontwikkelingen betreffende het gehele zorgproces.
