Ons woonzorgcentrum St-Elisabeth te Hasselt, dat bekend staat om zijn respectvolle ouderenzorg,

heeft voor u een volgend interessant contract van ONBEPAALDE DUUR.

Wij vragen van u:

  • Elke dag bij te dragen tot de realisatie van “zeven beloften” die de omgang met onze bewoners bepalen. Voor een verpleegkundige staat met stip de belofte van “een warme hand om de schouder” voorop.Deze zeven beloften hebben wij vertaald in concrete gedragingen: “Zet u eens even neer bij een bewoner als hij hier nood aan heeft” is bij ons ook werken; Nabijheid bij een bewoner met dementie die verward is, gebeurt spontaan; Je tempo aanpassen aan het ritme van de bewoner geldt als een basishouding; Afspraken met de bewoner (ik spring straks nog eens binnen) worden steeds nageleefd; De bewoner wordt aangemoedigd om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen omdat dit hun zelfbeeld ten goede komt; Elke vorm van betutteling wordt geweerd omdat deze voorbij gaat aan de waarde van elke persoon, hoe kwetsbaar deze ook is;
  • De nodige deskundigheid, een verpleegkundige is: Alert voor medische symptomen bij bewoners die gerapporteerd worden in het elektronisch zorgdossier en meegedeeld worden bij de huisartsbegeleiding; Werkt bij uitstek multidisciplinair door beluisterde behoeften van bewoners bespreekbaar te maken bij animatoren, paramedici, pastoraaal werkers, … Zorgvuldig bij toegewezen verantwoordelijkheden zoals medicatietoezicht, parametercontroles,… Relatiegericht door steeds de familie mee te betrekken in het leven van de bewoner; Mobiliseert teamleden rond de speerpunten van onze werking: een fixatie-arme zorg, een respectvolle levenseindezorg, het beweeg- beleef en ontmoetbeleid; Heb je een hekel aan routines in de zorg en staat regelmatig stil bij zijn of haar handelen: ‘sluit dit aan bij de bewoner’, ‘heb ik het goed gerapporteerd voor mijn collega’s’; Houdt, vanuit de bewonersbelofte: ‘u wordt bij alles betrokken wat uw leven aangaat’, maximaal rekening met de wensen en behoeften van bewoners. Als verpleegkundige voert u vanzelfsprekend klassieke dagelijkse zorghandelingen uit zoals toiletzorg, hulp bij maaltijden, ….. Wij moedigen aan dat u deelneemt aan projectwerkgroepen of dat u een referente-functie opneemt (fixatie-arme zorg, decubituszorg, ….).
  • U beheert de Nederlandse taal;
  • Beschikt over een verpleegkundig diploma. Ervaring is een surplus;
  • Je bent een teamspeler want “zorg wordt samen gerealiseerd”;
  • Je bent sociaal en kan een luisterend oor bieden aan onze bewoners en collega’s
