Dienst: Cardiologie Inwendige 7-A2, campus Sint-Niklaas

Op de afdeling cardiologie wordt gespecialiseerde zorg verleend aan patiënten met een acuut of chronisch hartprobleem of aan patiënten die kort verblijven in het kader van hartonderzoeken. Een gedreven en dynamisch multidisciplinair team van artsen, arts-assistenten, verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen, logistiek assistenten...staat dagelijks klaar om adequaat in te spelen op de complexe hulpvraag van de patiënten. Het team van de afdeling kijkt momenteel uit naar een nieuwe collega. Wil je je graag verdiepen in de cardiale pathologie? Ben je technisch aangelegd en gemotiveerd om voortdurend de nieuwste technieken aan te leren? Dan ben jij de verpleegkundige die wij voor deze afdeling zoeken.

- Na een inwerkperiode krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de totaalzorg van de jou toegewezen patiënten. - Je evalueert de toegediende zorg, neemt deel aan multidisciplinair overleg op de afdeling en draagt bij aan een vlotte communicatie en informatiedoorstroming naar alle betrokkenen. - Je kennis van de onderliggende pathologie, in combinatie met je sterke observatiezin en klinisch blik zorgen ervoor dat je adequaat kan inspelen op de noden van de patiënt, uiteraard altijd in overleg met de artsen. - Na de initiële inwerkperiode voorzien we ook een voortgezet opleidingstraject gespreid over een 3-tal jaar, met verdiepende bijscholingen in de cardiale discipline, zodat je je hierin verder kan bekwamen. - Daarnaast bestaat ook de mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren in een bepaald referentiedomein naargelang je persoonlijke interesse, waarna je de opgedane kennis kan delen met het voltallige team.

Opmerking: Locatie en uurregeling kunnen wijzigen in functie van de dienstnoodwendigheden.

- Je bent verpleegkundige (bachelor of gegradueerd). - Ervaring in cardiale pathologie is een troef, maar geen vereiste. - Je bent vlot in verpleegkundig-technische handelingen en bent bereid om je intern en extern bij te scholen: je kan rekenen op een opleidingsplan op maat (postgraduaat cardiologie, I.L.S., EKG,…). - Je beschikt over een scherpe observatiezin. - Je kan zelfstandig de zorg plannen en opvolgen en de juiste prioriteiten stellen. Tegelijk werk je constructief samen in team. - Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig en kan hierdoor vlot inspelen op acute situaties. - Je hebt aandacht voor de belevingswereld van de patiënt en bent klantgericht. - Je bent bereid in shiften te werken (vroegdiensten, laatdiensten en nachten). - Via een systeem van zelfroosteren word je mee betrokken bij het opstellen van je uurregeling.
