De dienst 5D kan jou heel wat bieden op het vlak van Cardiologie. Je verleent zorg, voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit en draagt gedeeltelijke verantwoordelijkheid voor de continuïteit van de zorgverlening aan onder andere volgende patiënten met ritmestoornissen, hartinfarcten, angorklachten en hartinsufficiëntie/hartfalen.

  • 30,40 uur/week (80%)
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends.

OVER DE JOB

  • Je bereidt patiënten voor op hun onderzoek, verzorgt het transport van en naar de betreffende diensten en voert de nazorg uit, aan de hand van staand orders en procedures.
  • Je voert de verpleegkundige zorg uit volgens het S.V.H. (systematisch verpleegkundig handelen) rekening houdend met de specifieke eisen van de zorgomgeving.
  • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de continuïteit van de zorgverlening.
  • Je werkt mee aan het beheer en de organisatie van de afdeling op verpleegkundig, administratief, technisch en huishoudelijk vlak.
  • Volgende onderzoeken en behandelingen komen regelmatig voor, waarbij je veel samenwerkt met andere cardiologische diensten zoals o.a. cathlab, consultatie cardiologie, cardiochirurgie, medium-care, …: coronarografie; ptca (ballondillatatie); ptmv/ptav (hartklepdillatatie); ptavr (aortaklep vervanging); efo (electro fysiologisch onderzoek), eventueel gecombineerd met ablatie; pvi (pulmonale vene isolatie); tte (trans thoracale echo), tee (transoesophagale echo), dse (dobutamine stress echo); fietsproef; cardioversie; pacemaker/icd (interne cardioverter defibrillator) implantatie en/of wisseling; cabg (bypass operatie).

  • Een diploma en visum (FOD Volksgezondheid) van Bachelor of HBO5 in de verpleegkunde.
  • Je beschikt over goede computervaardigheden.
  • Het gebruik van een reanimatiekit schrikt je niet af.
  • Je bent beleefd, correct en zeer empathisch.
  • Je werkt oplettend, ordelijk, veilig, hygiënisch en stressbestendig.
  • Je volgt opleiding en bijscholing o.a. herkennen van ritmestoornissen, gebruik telemetrie, basic life support, gebruik infusiepompen, nemen van een electrocardiogram, ...
