Wat ga je doen¿

Als verpleegkundige overdag draag je elke dag bij aan het welzijn en het comfort van onze bewoners, in een ritme dat ruimte laat voor kwaliteit en aandacht.

  • Kwalitatieve verpleegzorg: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en coordineren van de verpleegkundige zorgen.
  • Opvolging & Rapporters: Je volgt de individuele zorgplannen nauwkeurig op, observeert de gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners en rapporteert hierover.
  • Warm menselijk contact: Je begeleidt bewoners en hun families met veel warmte, empathie en oprechte interesse.
  • Teamwork: Je werkt vlot en collegiaal samen met de zorgkundigen en het bredere zorgteam.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg en wil werken volgens een mensgerichte en positieve zorgvisie.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma verpleegkunde (HBO5/Graduaat of Bachelor).
  • Je communiceert open, respectvol en werkt graag nauw samen in een team.
  • Ervaring is een mooie plus, maar ook enthousiaste starters krijgen bij ons alle kansen!
